Each member organization is entitled to two representatives.  In addition, churches are also represented by one member of clergy.  From these representatives, the governing board is determined.  The Executive Board of Directors includes a director, assistant director, secretary, and treasurer, each of whom hold positions that are voted upon annually, each September. There are also five trustees who each serve three year terms on a rotating basis.  As these positions expire, they are also voted upon each September.  No member organization may be represented in more than one board position.

Under the direction of the Board, Canal Winchester Human Services contracts the services of an administrative coordinator who oversees the daily operation of the organization and administers the various programs that are provided to the Canal Winchester community.

Jo Weiser, a founding officer and current Trustee of the Canal Winchester Human Services organization.
