22 SOUTH TRINE STREET       CANAL WINCHESTER, OHIO  43110

Currently our staff includes three part time drivers who provide transportation Monday through Friday, and we are grateful that the scheduling of appointments and daily administration of this program is provided through the Canal Winchester Community Center.  Once you become a client of the Program (see below for registration instructions), you must call the Senior Transportation staff at the Community Center, 614-837-8276, to schedule appointments for transportation.

Canal Winchester Human Services is very pleased to provide the Senior Transportation Program  free of charge to any senior citizen living in the Canal Winchester School District who is age 60 years or older, and to any resident of the Canal Winchester School District who is under age 60 years with a physician verified disability.

This Program is available in part thanks to the partnerships we have with the Village of Canal Winchester, Madison Township, The United Way of Fairfield County, The Fairfield County Meals on Wheels Alternative and the Franklin County Office of Aging ~ Senior Options.  We are also partially funded by private contributors and we are very grateful for that generous support as well.
For more information about this Program, please go to the Senior Transportation Guidelines link (Click HERE). You will find answers to many of your questions as the rules and procedures of the Program are listed there. In addition, we have provided a link (click HERE) to the Senior Transportation Client Information sheet. Both documents must be printed, completed, signed and received by the Senior Transportation staff before appointments can be made for transportation.
